They were a gift, but its recipient was very happy with them... especially once he realized what they were.
Its one of the better pair of mummy-themed socks with a good and decent pattern. It serves its purpose.
I absolutely love the pattern of these socks and they inspire many spirited conversations about The Shining but the material is a little flimsy.
The socks were cool looking on screen which is why I ordered. In person though, they’re not so great. For the price, I expect much higher quality. The socks themselves are white in color with black heel and toe areas, while the top of the sock is gray. The design is printed directly on top of this all and so the color of the actual sock shows through, making the design look totally different depending on if youre looking at the white, gray or black part of the sock. Color is drab and too light to begin with and NOT bright like the pic so don’t be fooled. The socks aren’t soft either. If not such a pain to ship back, I’d return these. Look at my photos of these socks in a properly lit room…they are very disappointing and you can see the different sock colors affecting the overall design. Don’t buy them.
